1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph1win ("Company," "Platform," "we," or "us") governing your access to and use of the ph1win website at ph1win.cam, including all related mobile interfaces, gaming products, and support services.

By creating a ph1win account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility conditions are met. Misrepresentation of eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ph1win. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. ph1win employs automated detection tools to identify duplicate registrations. Any duplicate account discovered will be permanently closed, and balances therein may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for verified accounts. Requests submitted before 10:00 PM PHT are generally processed the same day.
• ph1win reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

6 Gameplay Rules

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ph1win platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any portion of ph1win's intellectual property without express prior written consent from the Company.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph1win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. ph1win's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your ph1win account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Termination

• You have requested a self-exclusion or we are obligated to exclude you under applicable regulations

11.2 Termination by Player

You may close your ph1win account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and there are no outstanding verification holds or pending disputes.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination for any reason, all bonus balances, free spins, and unreleased promotional rewards are immediately forfeited. Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact ph1win's customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. ph1win commits to responding to all formal complaints within 10 business days.

ph1win operates as a licensed and regulated online gaming platform. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate their concern to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
